Ways to Login to Multiple Email Accounts Using Same Browser

Note : This trick can be used on any website or domain .For example :
facebook , orkut , skype , msn etc., Simply follow the steps given.

Email has become indispensable in our day-to-day life.Most of us maintain many email accounts for various purposes.Some times there might be need to login to multiple accounts at the same time.But sadly none of the browser allows it.Because our session are tracked by cookies.Whenever we try to login to new account it redirects to already logged in account.But there are means to do it.This is a short post to explain that.

Simplest counter measure would be using different browsers to login to different accounts.

You can use the below trick for any email accounts like Gmail,yahoo etc.,

Ways to login to multiple email accounts simultaneously in the same browser:

Using Chrome Browser’s Incognito Mode:

-Download Chrome broswer .
-Now open one account in chrome window normally.
-Then click tools menu and select new incognito window.Now open another account .You will not be redirect to previously logged in account!

Using CookieSwap addon :

You need Mozilla browser to perform this trick.Using this trick you can login to ‘n’ number of email accounts simultaneously in the same browser.

-Download CookieSwap addon and install.
-After install you will notice a icon at lower right corner of the browser.

-Right click on the icon and select say “Profile1”
-Go login to any of your interested web email site.
-Now after login ,Right the cookieswap icon and click say “Profile2”
-Go to home page of the email site by manually typing homepage url in the address bar .For example: www.gmail.com
-You will notice that the site doesn’t recognize you as the previous user.So now login with new credentials.
-From now on use “CookieSwap menu to toggle between the accounts”

So now you can switch between your email account when ever you want that too without need to change your favorite browser.

    There’s some userscripts too for firefox also gmail has default multiple login nowadays

    If the need is instant you can just dive into an incongnito window and open a mail account on the same domain. Don’t think would cookie swap for a 1 minute job.

      Yes,that’s true.But i guess this trick will not work for more than two accounts..So better use cookieswap.

    Very Useful. I have orkut account and gmail accounts but they are not registered with the same email address and I always had to logout first to check another account.

    In google apps I’ve read somewhere that it’s able to login with multiple mail-accounts. but ik can’t find it anymore on my laptop.
