Go to the picture in another window or tab. then you must be able to see the picture and the email window at the same time. Drag the picture to the email signature. NOTE: The picture you are dragging must not be a link, eg. clickable. If it is a link the link address gets copied rather than the picture. The picture must remain on the web since a link is used and not the actual picture. Save the signature.
